this past month on: "the story of my life"

I fell off the face of the planet, but don't worry, I've since found my way back and am climbing the ladder of life at full speed now. (If you feel like you missed out on the month of January's events, see previous posts.)

I have been eating some really amazing food in the last couple of weeks due to a housing change/lifestyle change. I am getting closer to the goals I have set forth towards, which feels really good, but I still get down on myself. I get frustrated with myself: when I don't eat enough greens or drink enough water, or brush my teeth twice, or floss at all; even though I know that I am a work in progress.

I think that most people find themselves dealing with these kinds of issues, but it's not discussed enough in our society, so as human beings we sometimes feel alone in our situations.

I want to leave you with this thought as I travel through time for a moment.

I hung my art show with the wonderful help of Mady Hampton, what a life saver. I owe so many thanks to her and many others, Tia and Travis, Bennett, Evan, Larry, my incredible roommates, and my wonderful partner Donny. A huge shout out goes to my mother who always shows her support with the most incredible floral arrangements. This time around was so heart felt. My house has been blessed with flowers since then. Wow! And thanks again to everyone on the east coast who was supportive of me while I was visiting.

Below is a series of photographs that sums up the last couple weeks with a few exceptions. Spring is coming folks. Get ready, set, go!
